Studio Policies

Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required for all students

Behavioral Conduct Policy
We work hard to foster a supportive, positive, comfortable environment within our studio and request that you help us maintain that environment by being respectful towards other students, the studio, and the staff. We do not tolerate disrespectful behavior towards others or their personal space and property - any such behavior will result in you being removed from the studio.

Late Policy
You should be dressed and ready to start your session at the scheduled time. We suggest that you arrive to the studio at least 10 minutes before your scheduled class to avoid late cancellation charges. We understand that life happens, and sometimes things out of your control will make you late for class, but if you are over 10 minutes late you will not be permitted to join in on class. This is a safety issue, and we ask that you respect both our instructors and our other students by showing up on time.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel any class online 12 hours in advance, you will be able to keep your class credit. If you cancel with less than 12 hours advance notice, you will lose the class from your account. As many of our classes sell out, this policy ensures that all students have fair access to popular classes. If you register for a class but do not attend, you will be considered a “no show”, and will lose the class from your account.

This cancellation policy does not apply to private sessions and private parties - the cancellation policy for those is found below. This policy is for our regularly scheduled weekly classes only.

Drop In Policy
We love drop ins, but to guarantee that you can attend the class you want, we encourage you to sign up in advance. Once a class is full, additional drop in students will not be permitted to join.

Waitlist Policy
If the class you want to take is full, you can sign up to be on the waitlist with the purchase of a valid class credit. If a student early cancels from that class (more than 12 hours in advance), you will be added into the class and then held to the same cancellation policy as any other class you sign up for. You must be opted into receiving email updates from the studio in order to receive an automatic email letting you know you have been taken off the waitlist, and added into the class. You can access your notification settings via your Mindbody account. If you opt out of receiving updates from the studio, you are responsible for checking your Mindbody schedule to see if you have made it into the class.

If someone late cancels from the class, you will be notified by phone or email, to let you know that you can be added to class from the waitlist if you so choose. Please make sure we have a valid phone number and email for you on file, so that we can easily contact you!

If you sign up for a particular class’s waitlist, please be prepared to come to the studio and take the class. If you do not make it off the waitlist, the class credit you purchased will be put back into your account and can be used to sign up for a future class.

Refund Policy
All sales are final. Expiration date extensions will not be granted. It is your responsibility to be aware of the expiration dates of your purchased classes, and to use all your classes before that date. In case of illness, injury, or other emergency, please contact us at info@inspirationstudios.com to discuss your circumstances. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.

Private Sessions Policy
Out of respect for your instructors, we ask that you notify them at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your scheduled private sessions; otherwise, you will lose your payment. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the instructor.

Age Policy
If you are under the age of 18, we require parental consent and prior studio approval before you can attend class. Approval is evaluated on a case by case basis. Please have your parent or legal guardian email info@inspirationstudios.com if you would like to attend class. Once approval has been granted, your parent or legal guardian needs to come to the studio with you on your first visit and sign a release form.

Clothing Policy

We expect that you wear the appropriate attire for safely working on your apparatus when attending class. We require that all intimate body parts be covered when in the studio. No street shoes are to be worn inside the studio. If you are wearing inappropriate attire, you may be asked to leave class, and no refunds will be given.

Drugs & Alcohol Policy
We do not allow drugs or alcohol to be consumed before any physical activity at the studio. If we feel that you are intoxicated, you will not be allowed to attend class, and will not be refunded your money if you have already purchased a class.

Private Party Policy
We require a deposit to hold the reserved time of your party in the amount of $200, equal to the charge of four guests. This is also the cancellation fee if you cancel less than 48 hours in advance of your scheduled event. Our parties are for a minimum of 8 guests, and a maximum of 18 guests for pole or 14 guests for aerial hammock.

You are welcome to bring gifts, food, and drinks. You are allowed in our lobby area for 15 minutes before or after your scheduled party. If you arrive late to your scheduled party, this will result in a shorter party time, and it is up to the instructor’s discretion as to whether to proceed with the party. Generally speaking, if you are over 30 minutes late, your instructor will likely consider your party to be cancelled.

If you arrive intoxicated, we will not be able to host your party. Anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be permitted to participate, and will be not be refunded.

We only accept cash or credit card (one card only) for payment on the day of your party.
